The MTC Game Show Challenges are the different Question Types at the competition. They are therefore the tools used to test and measure the mastery of the tables. In the past, the Challenges were referred to as "Categories". However with the introduction of the different levels of competition: Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, the term categories seem more fitting to these different levels than to the different question types. Expectedly, the challenges tested at these different levels of competition are different from level to level, with the level of difficulty increasing from Elementary to High Schools.
